Your survey gave me an idea for polling my students at the end of the year to get a better idea of what "worked" in the class and what could be improved. Will you be administering this survey to your students?
This is a good idea to help form book clubs in your classroom. You can group them based on their interests and past feedback from already read books. I like how your Google form was short and to the point. I feellike is they are too long, the students may not give substantial responses.
I wasn't expecting it to be so serious! But my answers are truthful :)
